SKILL ASSESSMENT AND RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Our Assessors all have formal qualification in Assessemnt and fully conversant in ensuring assessments are done to standards which can meet legal and technical challenges.

Many of our assessors are also approved assessors to IRSE licencsing quality standards.

  • Developing for you a Competency Management Plan tailored to your needs
  • Advising Competency Management Process and documenting the same for your Managers. This shall mainly include forms which can be fully online or paperbased for your managers to use. The recommended method and in which we specialize in are online based processes and forms if you would consider them.
  • Auditing compliance of the competency processes by your managers and advising them if improvements as and when needed.
  • Assessing your resources in the skills that matter. We support the process and provide subject matter experts who can be internal to you or we can arrange to hire for you.

    HOW WE PRICE THE SERVICES

    We provide these services based on our hourly estimate of the activity and charge them at an hourly rate of $200/-. External SMEs where required for skill assessment will be payable at actuals + 10% fees for consultance servies.
